AM I OKAY?   I'm not okay, but even though I'm not okay I never show my weaknesses to anyone but myself. I will always show to anyone that I'm okay, I keep smiling to anyone. And if I feel to down I will cry in secret place. I cannot open up my true feelings to other people even my bestfriend.

HOW DO I MITIGATE ADDICTION?   I would mitigate my addiction by doing something that can distract me in my addiction. For example of this, my addiction is using cellphone everyday.  To mitigate this addiction I would rather find another hobby. I will distract myself by reading some book, helping my family members, have some bond to my friends and relatives.  I will force myself to do whatever I want so that I can avoid using cellphone everyday. It will help to me to avoid radiation because too much using cellphone will cause you headache.
